You will be working on a rapidly expanding online business providing Online HR Solutions to businesses in the Middle East as part of a young, vibrant and fun team.
A high degree of autonomy and motivation is required to generate leads, tailor packages and proposals for each potential customer, convert the leads into accounts and then ensure the customer is getting the most from the service to give repeat business.
Due to the high value, subscription revenue model, earning potential is on a par with top sector, recruitment consultants.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to build sales teams and take an override on all sales of their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual. High basic and uncapped commission will mean top performers will be rewarded very quickly.
Essential skills:
• Must have a background in recruitment in the UAE experience
• Must have sales experience
• Must be very target driven and able to work in an unmanaged environment.
• Must be able to present well written bespoke proposals.
• Must have a good concept of the needs of a business
• Must be tenacious
Advantageous skills:
• Online sales experience
• Driving Licence
Computer Skills:
Word, Excel, Outlook
Salary:
• Superb Basic (Varies depending upon experience) + uncapped commission
